| The Hortons Preferred Customer Program is an accumulation program that rewards our customers who frequently shop in the store. As part of the program, you will receive many benefits, and best of all, it is FREE to join.
This is how the program works:
You will receive a FREE $20 Hortons Gift Certificate every time you accumulate $250 in pretax purchases. Your purchases must be made within a calendar year as all account totals will be reset on January 1st.
Your account is reviewed at the end of each month and certificates are sent out at that time. Your Hortons Gift Certificates are good for one year from the time you receive them and may be used on any future purchase or given as gifts.
Your purchases are tracked automatically in our system. At the time of your purchase, you simply let the cashier know that you are on the Preferred Customer Program and give them your telephone number. All purchases throughout the store - lighting, hardware and home furnishings, including sales merchandise, are included in your totals. Items that are special ordered will not be reflected in your totals until they are invoiced and picked up.
You will receive other BENEFITS as part of the program:
You will receive our newsletter, special mailings, and e-mails telling you about upcoming sales and new merchandise arrivals.
You will be invited to Special Events designed especially for our
Preferred Customers.
Your purchases for the past twelve months will be stored in our system for retrieval when needed.
GET STARTED:
To become a part of the program, simply fill out a form as you make your next purchase, and turn it into a cashier. Your purchase will be included in your account total. The Hortons Preferred Customer Program may not be combined with the Hortons House Order Program or senior discounts.
